FNN Workforce Pathways STIPEND

Los Angeles Family, Friends, and Neighbors Workforce Pathways Stipend Application is available to Family, Friends, and Neighbor (FFN) providers who have received payment for child care services through a subsidy program.
 
 
You may be eligible for a stipend of $100 up to $1,350. 

 

Eligibility

If you received payment for child care services as a license-exempt provider (FFN) through one of the following subsidy programs:
      • Resource and Referral
      • Alternative Payment
Between April 11, 2023, and April 11, 2025, you may be eligible for a stipend ranging from $100 to $1,350. 
You must complete one or more of the following activities (between April 11, 2024, and April 11, 2025):
 
  • Health and Safety Training for a Family Child Care Home (FCCH) license
  • Training through a Resource and Referral (R&R) agency (up to 3 trainings)
  • Obtain your first FCCH license from California Community Care Licensing
  • Complete a Professional Growth Plan

This stipend program is brought to you by the Office for the Advancement of Early Care and Education, in partnership with the CA Early Care & Education Workforce Registry and the Childcare Alliance Los Angeles.
