Congratulations to the Spanish-speaking graduates of the Business Series program! This 10-week training, led by All Our Kin and the PUSD Child Development Department, helped them learn important skills to grow their child care businesses and offer high-quality care. The classes, offered in both in-person and online formats, covered topics like setting goals, marketing, contracts, risk management, money management, and recordkeeping. The training was delivered fully in Spanish, allowing participants to engage with confidence and build on their strengths as business owners. They also received training in disaster preparedness and emergency planning, helping them create safer environments for the children and families they serve.
