Parent Involvement Overview

 

Early Head Start and Head Start families have opportunity to begin their leadership and advocacy journey with the Governance team. Families are able to form part of the Policy Committee and the Parent Advisory Committee. They are able to make an impact to the services provided to the families that participate in our programs. This is done by actively participating in the shared decision making process with the Child Development administration, as well as staying involved in parent trainings and volunteering for events.
