PUSD's Child Development and the RAPID Survey Project at Stanford University’s Center on Early Childhood are listening to families with young children under age 6 living in California. We want to hear about the experiences, strengths, and needs of children and families.

Do you have a child between 3 to 5 years old? You can receive an additional gift card for $20 when you share about your experience finding preschool or child care arrangements in a short survey in partnership with the Learning Policy Institute.
Here’s how it works:
- Click the link below to first take the RAPID-CA survey and you will automatically be directed to the UPK Supplemental Survey by the Learning Policy Institute
- Each survey is 10-15-minutes long
- You will receive a $20 gift card via email within two to three weeks
