Community Communication Survey Reminder

Reminder:
As announced in PIN 25-14-CCLD, the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) is running a Community Communication Survey, and we want your feedback!

Whether you are a licensee, staff member, family member, someone receiving services, or a community partner, your thoughts are important. Your answers will help us improve how we communicate with people who rely on licensed care services in California.

What You’ll Be Asked

  • Your experience with CCLD’s current ways of communicating

  • Your communication preferences and how satisfied you are

  • Your role (for example, licensee, staff, family member)

  • The programs you use (such as Adult and Senior Care, Child Care, Administrator Certification)

  • The regional offices you work with (such as Sacramento or San Diego)

  • Optional questions about yourself (such as age or language preference)

Important: Please do not include any personal details in open-text answers. We will not ask for your name, email address, or anything that identifies you.

About the Survey

The survey is available in the languages listed below. You can click any link to take it. It works on phones and takes only a few minutes.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Your answers will help CCLD understand how to better communicate with the community. While the survey will stay on the CCLD website, responses sent in by November 30, 2025, will help guide our near-term plans.

Thank you for helping us create clearer and more helpful communication for everyone who depends on care services in California.
