Father Figure Involvement Day 2026 brought together dads and father figures for a meaningful morning centered on connection, play, and positive engagement with children. Hosted on Saturday, May 16, 2026, the event created a welcoming space for families to slow down, have fun, and strengthen relationships through shared experiences.

Held at Montvue Elementary School, the morning began with breakfast and community connection as families arrived and settled into a supportive, high-energy environment.

A unique part of the program included child care for children ages 3 and up, allowing father figures to participate in guided learning sessions focused on how play supports children’s social and emotional development. These interactive moments helped adults explore practical ways to build stronger bonds through presence, patience, and intentional interaction.

Following the learning portion, dads reunited with their children for hands-on activities filled with games, music, movement, and surprise moments designed to encourage joy, teamwork, and connection.

To close out the event, families enjoyed raffles with exciting prizes, adding a celebratory finish to an already uplifting experience.
