Parent Online Survey

PARENT SURVEY AND PROGRAM SELF-EVALUATION

Parents will receive a program survey during each certification and re-certification to evaluate the program and family needs. A program self-evaluation will be conducted annually taking into consideration the results from the parent surveys.

Los padres recibirán una encuesta del programa en cada certificación y recertificación para evaluar el programa y las necesidades familiares. La autoevaluación del programa se realizará anualmente, considerando los resultados de las encuestas.
