Our Promise to Make Things Easy to Use

Pomona Unified School District wants everyone to use our website easily. We follow special rules (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA) to help people with different needs. We also listen to the community to make the website better. Here are some other ways help:

  • We use up-to-date coding so the website looks right on different browsers and devices.

  • We have a “Skip to main content” link so people using screen readers can jump past the menu and get to the main part of the page quickly.

  • We use colors that are easy to see and read.

  • We add descriptions (called alt text) for images and design parts.
