Our Promise to Make Things Easy to Use

Pomona Unified School District is committed to making our website easy for everyone to use. We follow important accessibility rules (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA) to support people with different needs. We also listen to our community to keep improving the site. Here are some of the ways we help:

  • We use up-to-date coding to ensure the website works well on different browsers and devices.

  • We provide a “Skip to main content” link so people using screen readers can quickly skip the menu and get to the main part of the page.

  • We choose colors that are easy to see and read.

  • We add descriptions (called alt text) to images and design elements.
