How to Start
-
Talk to your local city or county offices (such as Building and Safety or Planning) to see if your project needs a permit or plan review.
-
Contact the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) to confirm the requirements for serving infants and toddlers. Make sure your license is current or submit an application if you are not yet licensed.
-
If a Fire Department review is needed, the city or county will contact the Fire Department.
